YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - For the fourth year, the group “NOW Youngstown” hosted a peace rally, with it's main goal to bring peace and hope back to the city.
The rally was held Tuesday night at the Salvation Army, and included carnival games, food, and family fun.
The group said the rally is an opportunity to express how important peace is when it comes to violence in a community.
"We think it makes a difference because you're bringing an atmosphere of love and fun and hope and you're bringing the neighborhood together and that tends to make a difference,” said Al Yanno, pastor of the Metro Assembly of God.
“Now Youngstown” adds that the partnership with different communities and policing efforts allows for an increase in peace in the city.

The four year annual in Youngstown, Ohio is awe inspiring. A Milledgeville, Georgia man, Donnie Cannie, also known as D-Boy in the community, started a T-shirt campaign to "increase the peace."
